2. Scope
This policy applies to website visitors and prospective clients who submit event enquiries. Separate notices may apply to contracted clients, attendees, employees, suppliers or talent.
3. Data collected
We may collect full name, mobile number, email, company, event type, target date, guest count, city, estimated budget and project details. Essential technical records may include IP address, browser/device data, timestamps, security events and form-delivery logs. Do not submit sensitive data unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.
4. Collection, purposes and legal basis
Data is collected directly through the consultation form, email, telephone or correspondence; essential logs arise automatically. We use it to assess and answer enquiries, prepare proposals, take requested pre-contract steps, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse and comply with law. Processing relies on consent, requested pre-contract steps, legal obligations and other bases permitted by the Saudi PDPL, as applicable.
5. Sharing and processors
Necessary data may be shared with authorized Triangle personnel and vetted providers for hosting, storage, form/email delivery, cybersecurity and professional advice. Disclosure to authorities occurs only where lawfully required. Triangle does not sell personal data.
6. Location and international transfers
Processing may occur in Saudi Arabia and, if selected providers host or access data abroad, other countries. Transfers outside the Kingdom must use safeguards and mechanisms required by the PDPL and applicable transfer regulations.
7. Retention and destruction
Enquiries are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a service relationship, legal obligation or claim requires longer retention. Essential security logs are kept up to 12 months unless an incident requires preservation. Data is then securely deleted, destroyed or irreversibly anonymized.
8. Your rights
Subject to PDPL conditions and exceptions, you may request information, access, a clear copy, correction or completion, and destruction where available. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to info@triangle.sa; identity may be verified before response.
9. Security, children and complaints
Triangle uses reasonable access, transmission, account, monitoring and provider controls. The site is for adult and business enquiries and is not directed to children. Contact us about suspected child data or privacy concerns. You may also complain to the competent Saudi data-protection authority.
10. Cookies and updates
At launch, only strictly necessary technologies support security, language preference, forms and service delivery. No advertising pixels, remarketing or non-essential analytics cookies are used. Before introducing them, Triangle will update this policy and deploy required consent controls. The effective date identifies the current version.
